CESTiCC presents for Math Day on Campus
Outreach Coordinator Joe Alloway presented at the annual Math Day on Campus, sponsored by the Space Grant program. This is the second year CESTiCC has participated in this event. Joe’s presentation was about how math is used in everyday activities in ways that might surprise them, such as using the applications on their cells phones. The students were very enthusiastic about learning math, and we’re looking forward to seeing them in our classes and labs in about 6 years!
