Dr. Nazari Presenting at the 2014 “Corrosion – Aqueous” Gordon Research Conference (GRC)
Under the sponsorship of CESTiCC, Dr. Mehdi Honarvar Nazari, Ph.D., Research Associate of Western Transportation Institute (WTI), presented one poster at the 2014 “Corrosion – Aqueous” Gordon Research Conference (GRC) entitled “A Green Inhibitor Derived from Peony Leaves and Its Performance for Protecting Carbon Steel from Aqueous Corrosion ”. The conference held in New London, NH on July 13-18, 2014, contained talks from leading researchers on multi-scale modeling techniques to predict corrosion, in-situ analytical techniques to understand fundamental corrosion processes, mechanisms of localized corrosion and environmentally assisted cracking, and microbiological processes at the electrochemical interface.
