Jenny Liu visits at Wuhan Polytechnic University
CESTiCC Director Jenny Liu was invited to visit Wuhan Polytechnic University in June as part of World-Famous Expert Lecture in Hubei Program of Hubei Department of Education, China. On June 13th, Professor Liu shared some research findings with faculty and graduate students in the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture during her presentation entitled Performance of Multi-Axial Paving Interlayer Reinforced Asphalt Pavement. She gave another presentation entitled Materials and Infrastructure to undergraduate students on June 14th. She introduced her experience in several transportation infrastructure aspects, including sustainability, materials recycling, pavement management, testing, preservation, maintenance, and rehabilitation. She also had discussions and idea exchanges on future collaboration with Professor Jianlin Wu, Associate Dean of the College, Professor Yingwei Cheng, Professor Haijun Lu, and other faculty members.
