Jenny Liu and Xianming Shi present at SCMT4 in Las Vegas, Nevada
Jenny Liu and Xianming Shi recently presented at the Fourth International Conference on Sustainable Construction Materials and Technologies (SCMT4) on August 7-11 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Both Drs. Liu and Shi presented their CESTiCC research at the conference with presentations entitled “Characterization of Hot-Mix Asphalt Containing Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement Material in Cold Climate: An Alaskan Experience” and “Impact of Nano-Clay and Carbon Microfiber in Combating the Deterioration of Asphalt Concrete by Non-Chloride Deicers”. Dr. Liu also served as session chair for two asphalt sessions co-sponsored by the conference and ASCE Bituminous Materials Committee.
