ACI Alaska Chapter officers Meet with UAF Civil Engineering Students
Officers from American Concrete Institute (ACI) Alaska Chapter, President Xavier Schlee and Board Director Jenny Liu, met with UAF Civil Engineering students on September 22 to discuss forming a student chapter of ACI on the UAF Campus. ACI Alaska Chapter has supported student organizations in a variety of activities including recent years’ Concrete Canoe competition, and would like to expand that support to concrete related student research. Additionally, ACI will help students make professional connections that will serve them well throughout their careers. The attending students were interested in taking further steps.
