2015 Alaska Asphalt Summit Meeting
The 2015 Alaska Asphalt Pavement Summit was held November 9-10, 2015 in Anchorage, Alaska. This 1.5-day Summit was organized by the ADOT&PF and the Alaska Asphalt Paving Alliance, with presentations on topics such as sustainability, recycling, rehabilitation, materials, mix design, and construction best practices. The meeting attracted over 200 attendees from industry, academia, consulting firms, federal, state and local transportation agencies. CESTiCC researchers Dr. Sheng Zhao and Mr. Robert McHattie and students Beaux Kemp and Anthony Mullin enjoyed the meeting opportunity to mix and mingle with asphalt and pavement professionals.
