Beaux Kemp defends thesis
CESTiCC student Beaux Kemp defended his MS thesis, Material Characterization of Alaskan Asphalt Mixtures Containing Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) on Monday, October 17th. His research is also part of work in a recently completed CESTiCC project entitled Characterization of Alaskan Hot-Mix Asphalt Containing Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement funded by both CESTiCC and Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities. Beaux is also CESTiCC Student of the Year for 2015. Right after his graduation this fall, he will start his new career at Colorado Department of Transportation as a pavement engineer-in training.
