Abstract
CESTiCC and International Association of Chinese infrastructure Professionals (IACIP) are pleased to co-host a webinar on Planning and Preparation for an Academic Career on Tuesday, April 26th, from 10 -11am AK time (EST 2-3 pm). Attendees will join a panel composed of a group of renowned professors in civil engineering transportation programs to gain insight on the academic jobs and what they need to know as they prepare for their academic careers. The panel will share experience and thoughts on items such as how to prepare yourself in publications and proposals, how to gain experience in teaching, and how to get involve in professional services, etc. Please encourage your graduate students and young professionals to attend.
